Sandy W. Madar

Founder and president

For me - voluntarily work – is why I came to Morocco five years ago - to be a part of something so much bigger than myself and really be a part of making a change for the better - and here my heart chooses Victims. One of the most important reasons for me to build up VSM is to ensure victims from various crimes - their rights and help to navigate in the legal and victim support system in Morocco - but also to fight for more rights.

Sara Bakhat

Vice president

For me - voluntarily work – is a good supplement to my education and makes me feel I am helping my country, which not only really makes me feel proud, but I can also help the many victims I unfortunately meet in my work. I choose to help build up VSM because I wanted to be a part of an organization who truly have focus on victims and their legal rights. But also, to help provide victims with support and confront from any forms of infringement on their dignity.

Ayoub Guara

Treasurer

For me - voluntarily work – is giving me a chance to do something good for people in need, and here it is victims - because unfortunately there are too many victims not getting the help they need.

Jamila Boumaaza

General Secretary

For me – voluntarily work - without any material profit, also makes my soul overwhelmed with tranquillity, psychological comfort, and proudness, over helping to ensure victims get access to uniformed, transparent, and quality victim support and counseling.

Ikram Lahyani

Assessor

For me - voluntarily work – gives me a chance to help people in need and here victims, who often dont feel they have anywhere to go or can navigate in the legal system, which I am proud to be a part of changing in the future.
